golobki.  aka Stuffed Cabbage rolls are a Polish classic I grew to love while living in Gdansk.   My recipe starts traditionally then I add a magic step, developing a lovely browned butter flavor and a rich gorgeous sauce that's NOT the typical soupy-tomatoey sauce you may have had before.
